KTM Kartun! Malaysian railway cartoons

 

Apart from my interest in trains of the land of my birth, Sri Lanka, I am also interested in the trains in the land I grew up in... Malaysia. The railways system in Malaysia is named KTM- Keretapi Tanah Melayu.

These are some cartoons I drew a few years ago about KTM. The colour one reflects the seasonal Balik Kampung (return to the village) which occurs every year for the Hari Raya Puasa  after Ramadan.

2020 being the Year of The Rat, seems to have spread the COVID 19 virus across the globe. Rats are known for carrying diseases. This Lunar Year brings the dawn of the Year of The Ox... bringing strength and resilience for Body, Spirit and Mind.
